Policies (subject to change without notice)

• Credit card required to reserve any service
• 72 hour boarding cancellation/change policy (We charge for all nights reserved for stays not shortened 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival)
• 24 hour cancellation policy for all other services
• ALL players MUST complete the tryout PRIOR to their first visit
• Rabies, distemper, and bordetella vaccinations must be current and remain current throughout the visit. No exceptions
• 5-7 day waiting period enforced for lapsed bordetella vaccination
• Medication (even vitamins and supplements) MUST be in the original/prescription containers
• No pick ups or drop offs on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day! No exceptions
• If you are unable to pick up by closing, we are happy to tuck your dog into a club suite (subject to availability) at our current rates
• If you need to extend your reservation, please call to make arrangements. Space is limited but we make every attempt to accommodate longer stays
• We do not accept aggressive dogs
